Whether for workplace requirements, personal preparedness, or community safety, this training is designed for individuals of all experience levels.
In this class, you will learn how to:
Recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies
Perform CPR for adults, children, and infants
Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Provide basic first aid for common injuries, such as cuts, burns, and fractures
Respond to choking incidents and medical emergencies until professional help arrives
Our certified instructors use interactive, real-world scenarios to ensure you leave feeling confident and capable. Upon successful completion, you will receive an official CPR & First Aid certification card, valid for two years.
