Kim brings over a decade of experience supporting youth, families, and communities through impactful leadership, counseling, and program management roles. She has a strong background in mental health services, case management, and youth advocacy, allowing her to meet young people where they are while helping them navigate challenges and build resilience.

Throughout her career, Kim has been deeply committed to empowering students through mentorship, guidance, and intentional support. She believes in creating safe, encouraging spaces where youth can grow academically, emotionally, and personally.
