High School Director

Kim brings over a decade of experience supporting youth, families, and communities through impactful leadership, counseling, and program management roles. She has a strong background in mental health services, case management, and youth advocacy, allowing her to meet young people where they are while helping them navigate challenges and build resilience.

Throughout her career, Kim has been deeply committed to empowering students through mentorship, guidance, and intentional support. She believes in creating safe, encouraging spaces where youth can grow academically, emotionally, and personally. Her passion for student success is rooted in her dedication to fostering confidence, leadership skills, and long-term growth in every young person she serves.

Head Leader

Latrell is a former student-athlete with a deep passion for basketball, leadership, and mentorship. He played high school basketball at Wicomico High School and competed on travel (AAU) teams, experiences that instilled discipline, teamwork, and perseverance both on and off the court. Through athletics, he learned the value of commitment, accountability, and pushing beyond limitations.

Outside of this, he enjoys staying active by working out at the gym and continuing to play basketball. Above all, he is dedicated to nurturing and developing the next generation of student leaders. Latrell believes in using his life experiences and love for the game to mentor, motivate, and guide young people—helping them build confidence, character, and a mindset that empowers them to reach their full potential in academics, athletics, and life.
